 Antes de abrir o seu navegador de internet, veja se o atalho dele não está comprometido executando alguma URL na abertura. Basta clicar com o botão direito no atalho e então em propriedades. Exemplo: o atalho do Firefox pode ter mudado de "c:\xxx\firefox.exe" para "c:\xxx\firefox.exe hxxp:/domíniomalicioso.algumacoisa"

 Before runing your browser, check its shortcut for any added URLs (example: firefox's shortcut may have been changed from "c:\xxx\firefox.exe" to "c:\xxx\firefox.exe hxxp:/malwaredomain"
